How do I know which service is right for me?

What is your process like?

Our process is collaborative yet streamlined. It begins with a focused discovery and strategy session to understand your vision, followed by exploration and concept development, refinement based on your feedback, and finally delivery with clear implementation guidance. Every step is designed to feel intentional and aligned — never overwhelming. Most projects wrap up in 1–3 weeks, and you’ll always know what to expect.

How long does a project take?

Timelines vary by service, but most are completed within 1–3 weeks. Quick Design Intensives can move even faster (1–2 weeks). You’ll receive a clear timeline and milestones upfront so there are no surprises. Delays usually only happen if we’re waiting on feedback or materials from your side.

Do you offer custom work or packages tailored to my needs?

Yes. While we have defined services, we frequently create custom solutions for clients whose goals don’t fit neatly into one package. If none of our listed services feel like the perfect fit, submit an inquiry and we’ll put together a proposal designed around your specific stage, budget, and objectives.

Do you provide source files and ongoing access?

Yes — when included in your package (such as the Template Package or Monthly Support), you’ll receive source files and ongoing edit access. For branding projects, you’ll get comprehensive guidelines and everything needed to implement and grow with your new identity.

Can I see examples of your work?

Absolutely. We feature client stories and examples throughout the site (especially on the About page). If you’d like to see work most relevant to your industry or type of project, just let us know when you reach out.

What if I already have a brand or website — can you still help?

Yes! Many of our clients come to us with something that exists but feels disconnected or unclear. We can refine and elevate what you already have through rebranding, template packages, or monthly support so your presence better reflects the level you’re operating at.

Do you work with clients outside of Minneapolis?

Yes — we are a fully remote studio and happily work with small business owners and creatives across the United States and beyond. Time zone differences are rarely an issue thanks to our async-friendly process.
